The building is great and it is fantastic to have 24h concierge service. It is also reassuring to have a leasing office in the building in case I need to discuss anything with them. My apartment get a lot of natural light and that is really lovely.

Generally a very good apartment, but maintenance has been spotty lately, with problems keeping the elevators and the lobby coffee machine working. Lease renewal is also a pain, since every renewal cycle comes with significant amd unexplained rent increases. Despite these drawbacks, I do appreciate amenities such as the fitness center and courtyards, and the common areas are usually very clean.

So far I really love the apartments and think I chose the best one out of all the apartments that were on my list. While I do think the walls are pretty thin (I can hear everything both inside and outside the apartment building). I think that complaint is minor compared to some of the bad reviews I read on some of the other apartments I was looking. What really sold me was the price, location (my job is around the corner), and the friendly leasing agents and concierge team.

I moved into 77H in February 2025 and its been a wonderful experience so far. The management team has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I've only had one minor maintenance request so far and it was resolved within an hour of me submitting the ticket. My unit is very clean and well maintained, the AC/Heat work so well, and the giant windows looking out to the courtyard are the best part. I'm looking forward to making use of the pool and outdoor space.

77 H has a great atmosphere. The team here (concierge, maintenance, leasing, etc.) is awesome. 77H has been a great place to call home. Thank you.
