Room: The bedroom is available on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 for $850/month. It’s located on the first floor and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. 3 other housemates live in the house and we are all on individual leases.

House: The utilities... run about $80-$150/mo per person, however during the summer months, the monthly utilities can be a little more. Utilities are electric, water, gas, internet, and lawn services. More features of the house: central heating and air, renovated and fully-stocked kitchen, hardwood floors and granite countertops, washer and dryer, front and backyard, free parking, and front porch with chairs and a small table.

Location: we’re located in a quiet neighborhood and the house is about half a mile away from the Fort Totten Metro (red, green & yellow lines) and two blocks away from a number of bus lines: D44, C71, M60, P16, C77, P15. Additionally, we are conveniently located near a few grocery stores, gyms, and other shops.

There are 3 of us between the ages of 29 and 37 and are looking for a 4th.
