The kitchen is great for foodies, coming with basics (plates, glasses, mugs, utensils) and also comfort tools (blender, insta pot, electric kettle+). I have a sit/stand desk (Flexispot) with two external monitors that you can connect your laptop to and a standing pad to allow for a comfortable stand. The floors are wood with quality rugs to help warm the place and keep out any potential noise from downstairs. The walls have paintings and artwork to make the place inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, with cafes, some quality restaurants, a nerby movie theater, pharmacy, and lots of grocery options all in walking distance. We are at a main artery, with Connecticut Ave going downtown (north-south), and Military Rd going east-west. You also have nearby access to the 495 beltway and 95.
