The space:
The small room is located in the heart of Palisades steps away from the German and French embassies and minutes away from Georgetown and Georgetown university.
This room is perfect for someone who needs a place to crash for the night or... is most of the time outdoors, since it It does not have window.
The room features twin size bed, desk, chair and side table. There is full closet outside across the room.
It is located in the lower level of 3 story family house with its own entrance from the back of the house. The apartment has shared bathroom, washer and dryer and small kitchenette for making simple meals, equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. It does not have a stove and dishwasher. There is no sitting area.
The house:
The house is in one of the best neighborhoods in DC and oversees the reservoir. We are located just 5 min walk from the German embassy, 10 min to French embassy and Georgetown hospital and 15 min to Georgetown university. We have a backyard with chairs which can be used to enjoy the gorgeous view and sunsets.
Parking:
The street is quiet and provides plenty of parking spaces. If you come by car you can apply for reciprocity permit (for longer stays) or we can apply for visitor parking for stays up to a month. We do not provide guaranteed parking spot. There are also few free out of state parking spots in the area few min away from the house.
Untilities:
Electric and internet utilities -included. Water utilities are included with normal usage.
