You will feel right at home in the quiet oasis in the heart of Washington, DC. I painted the walls myself to remind me of Hawaii. You will feel transported to the tropics (or perhaps to Pintrest) the moment you walk in.

The incredibly comfortable... memory foam bed is my favorite feature. If you're a sensitive sleeper, this is the place for you. Between the bed curtains and quiet location every last ounce of light and noise disappears from the unit for a deep sleep.

The studio features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, slate floors and a full kitchen with dishwasher. The building includes a roof deck pool so you can bask in the summer sunset to relax after a long day at work. The building also includes a manned front desk to collect packages, a parking garage (spaces rent separately), a grilling area, and bike storage (for rent).

The Dupont Circle neighborhood is nearly as amazing as the condo -- it boasts some of DC's best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Great running trails abound and there's even a wonderful theater two blocks away.
I usually walk or bike everywhere, but it's also a quick stroll to the metro -- two minutes to the Dupont Circle metro (red line) and 10 minutes walk to Farragut (Blue and Orange) and 15 min walk to U street (Green and Yellow).

Partially accessible unit -- front door ramp and elevators to unit. Great for someone in a wheel chair with limited mobility.
