For the area, it is affordable. These are good apartments if you're not looking for a bunch of extras or amenities. Laundry facility only takes quarters which is annoying. They have some one come in and clear snow and heat is included which saves money. Normally quiet, but walls are not super thick so sometimes you hear others. The landlord responds via text and is responsive. I've enjoyed living here. Usually posts pictures of the room on zillow.com if you want to see the units since apartments... .com doesn't show it.

Great starter apartment
Ive been living in a one bed one bath apartment for over a year. The location is right off of 84 and convenient to downtown Hartford, west Hartford center and the west farms mall. When I moved in it was very affordable for the area but the rent has gone up. There are only two washers and dryers in the basement. Optional storage unit in basement. Fairly quiet area. Safe parking lot behind building where there are always spots. Has been a good experience living here.
