They are saying there isn’t enough parking spots for the amount of tenants that live here but also have no specific parking rules or regulations just first come first serve no matter who’s on the lease or not so if you get home after 7/8 pm and there’s no parking you either have to sit in your car waiting or hoping for someone to move or park it somewhere and pray it does not get towed in the morning! Because even though they know the parking is a mess they still will call for tow bright and... early smh just sad

If I could give zero stars I would
This is horrible place to live. Rats and roaches all over! I noticed they got my review removed along with others I’ve seen but I’m putting another review because I wish I was warned before I move here!!! Don’t let the pool or tennis court fool you! Not to mention your car is not safe because you’re constantly in fear someone is going steal all four wheels and leave your car on crates!

The worst living condition
Absolutely worst living conditions. Do not let the cosmetic renovation fool you! The apartment is infested with rat & roaches! You know this place is not forth coming due to the fact that they marked the business as closed because of all the negative reviews they have! Everyone cannot be lying is they’re saying the same thing. They will also keep your deposit by any means necessary. Between Priscilla & Ronnie, I genuinely believe they’re running a pansy scheme. I would stay away

DO NOT RENT HERE
I have lived here for three years and the experience has been atrocious. The property manager does a terrible job at ACTUALLY helping to solve tenants' concerns. I moved out last month, one of my friends that still lives there said the washer/dryer FINALLY got fixed after years of disrepair. The property manager blames everything on external factors such as waiting for permits, maintenance, third-party contractors, etc. This is far from "resort-style living." Do not rent here. Villa Square has... a lazy approach to property management, all at the tenant's expense.
