The two buildings at the end of Wilcox ln are owned by the same person. Privacy did not exist here at all, and the neighbors that lived both in the same building and next door were very loud/obnoxious. Over the couple years lived there they also raised the rent multiple times.
This landlord is only concerned with money and control, and the neighbors suck. RENTERS BEWARE, look someplace else.
