has a waitlist that no one tells you about until you go out of your way to go for a viewing. staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, inconsiderate and rude.

So good you visit

I requested a tour a month ago and all they do is send me a link to this website. I’ve even called their office numbers on this site and off the website. Don’t bother asking for a call back because it won’t happen

Great place to live

Plenty of room, and the views of the river and dam are splendid. I like the gym, hot and dry sauna. Plus the management staff is very friendly and nice.

Amazing

Beautiful, clean, well maintained apartments, amazing waterviews, lots of great amenties. Staff are very friendly and caring toward their residents. Wonderful place to live in an up and coming neighborhood.
