From my apartment itself with its spacious layout, high ceilings, beautiful gold hardware, quality cabinetry and appliances, amazing water pressure, well-insulated walls from sound, and windows that don't leak hot/cool air... to the beautiful, cozy, and fun amenities that never seem crowded, yet are actively utilized by residents for a social vibe... to the convenient location walkable to many restaurants, etc... to the friendly, helpful staff... to the super... fun social calendar of events that make The Smyth feel like a community and not just a place to live.

After a week at The Smyth in Stamford, CT, my experience has been very positive. The modern amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, create a luxurious feel, and the staff has been attentive and responsive, making move-in smooth and hassle-free.

The fire alarm has gone off 3 times in less than 10 hours. Once at 1am, another time at 1:30am and a third time at 10:30am. The safety of this building is questionable and I do not feel safe. Residents have not been alerted of an emergency situation and building management has not updated residents on what is happening. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not feel like a valued resident here.
