Deceptive experience and management turned out to be bureaucratic, disorganized, and horrible at communicating. It's clear that management only cares about scaling the operation with zero regard for tenant experience. We rented at Escape before moving to Opus and the experience with management has been consistently abysmal. The aesthetic of the buildings is great but dealing with management who fails to address problems (or even respond most of the time) is not worth the hassle or money. Go... elsewhere.
The only positive is the building's maintenance team (otherwise I would give the building zero stars). They're very attentive, knowledgeable, and hard-working.

Poor management!
You cannot get a response from management in any kind of a timely manner. Bodes very badly for renter experience.
