Excellent staff, excellent service
My overall experience from start to finish with Brainerd Place and especially with Liz Coleman has been exceptional. After considering multiple other properties in the area, it was truly the service, dedication, commitment to client care, and overall quality of experience that led me to choose Brainerd place. She was truly available for me and made the whole experience a positive one.

Amazing New Apartments
I am a new resident of Brainerd Place and I couldn’t be more pleased in my choice to live here. The staff are all so kind, especially Liz who goes above and beyond in all she does. My apartment is beautiful and the entire property is so nice. Great views and sunsets, so many restaurants and places to walk to. The parking garage and elevator are a wonderful plus with additional amenities still to come.

Sunsets on the CT River
My overall experience with Brainerd place has been positive. Communication between management and residents is excellent. The location is great and the community itself has also been rather engaging. The highlight of my day is watching the dusk takeover the sky from my 3rd floor balcony

Beautiful new apartments!
I’m a new tenant at Brainerd Place and it’s been a great experience so far! Management has been highly responsive and helpful through the entire moving process, and the property itself is beautiful! Modern amenities, great location in town, and the garage is huge plus! So happy with my choice to call it home!
