This place makes me feel like home. I remember when I first moved to this town, I’ve got homesick and cried a few times. Management officers showed me the best restaurants here and comforted me. They gave me power to start from a new beginning. Love this place.

Great building, fantastic property staff!
I stayed in C&C for a year while attending Yale. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone. Staff i. The building are kind and helpful, maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, and all the logistics of the building work seamlessly.
