When I was apt hunting, this was the only unit I saw. ...so I asked questions. Is there a leak? Do you have issues w/ flies, rodents? My guard was down w/ that response and how clean the stove and the fridge was, I couldn't see red flags for a pest infestation. Fast forward to the day of the leasing signage. Management office set up signing paperwork like we did the final walk through without doing the final walk through. BIG RED FLAG. The sec. I walked in the door 2 kinds of cockroaches dead on... the floor. V arranged for the PM to meet me and says bring it up w/her. I recorded everything. Bombed before I moved, but moving day found live roach in closet.
