This is a one bedroom, one bath apartment. Non-smoking only. The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and also has a separate pantry. The living room offers a separate entry that accesses the deck. The bathroom offers... granite countertops and tile shower, and a W/D. The master bedroom has two wide picture windows, and plenty room for a King sized bed, and a walk-in closet.

All utilities are included (water, trash, gas and electrical), parking on the street. EXCEPT internet, however, we have Frontier and you would have to call them to set up an account.

You will have to set up all your mail and packages to go to a P.O. Box. If you have a pet, depending on size, we can consider. If we do accept a pet we require a pet deposit.
