We scheduled the tours quickly and she was responsive the entire process while I was looking to compare other apartments in the area. 4 years of great living!
Management team was very responsive and friendly when I had a question or needed assistance with something. Maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly when there was an issue, but that was infrequent. Will miss living in the South Armory, the views were unforgettable.

The process of applying for the apartment was smooth due to the support and guidance of Clarissa. She answered ALL my questions and was thorough and compassionate about her work. The staff at Colt Gateway Apartments are professional and enjoy their jobs.
I love my apartment the structure and it is peaceful. Maintenance keeps the building clean which is very important to me and provides a comfortable and safe environment. The best part for me is seeing the train pass by and the view of the city... . I highly recommend renting at Colts Gateway Apartments.
