The process of applying for the apartment was smooth due to the support and guidance of Clarissa. She answered ALL my questions and was thorough and compassionate about her work. The staff at Colt Gateway Apartments are professional and enjoy their jobs.
I love my apartment the structure and it is peaceful. Maintenance keeps the building clean which is very important to me and provides a comfortable and safe environment. The best part for me is seeing the train pass by and the view of the city... . I highly recommend renting at Colts Gateway Apartments.

Wonderful EVERYTHING!
I worked with Clarissa and she was amazing. She answered any and all questions, was patient, thorough and made the application process easy. I love my apartment. It truly feels like home. It is spacious and the windows are beyond gorgeous. The property is clean and the neighbors are friendly. I will definitely be here for years to come.

Great property, great staff, great experience.
I’ve been at Colt Gateway since April, and I have to say, it’s been a great experience so far. The property is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to help with any issues. Move in was a breeze, Clarissa was so helpful. The location is great, it’s safe, quiet and a quick walk to downtown Hartford.
Perks include the brewery/cafe on the property and the parking included in the rent.
