I’ve had a great experience at 575 Farmington Avenue, especially since the new management took over. You can really see the difference right away—the building has been improving consistently, and it’s clear that management truly cares about the property and the residents.
They’ve already completed a number of renovations to the common areas, which now feel much cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming. It’s refreshing to see updates happening so quickly and thoughtfully.

I really enjoy living in my apartment , the new management has been great so far very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I’m very happy with the improvements and the positive experience here.
