Person in charge of booking showings for the facility was extremely rude and agitated when I was trying to work around his schedule. I currently work as a 911 dispatcher and my time is very limited as well but either way I was trying to work with his schedule and he hung up in my face. I would never give a place like this my business to say the least. Can’t believe they talk to people the way they do.

The pictures are pretty and everything looks new and fresh, but they've really just applied paint over a place that's falling apart (cracks, mold, insane humidity and horrible air quality/flow in the apartment). Their "professional maintenance and management" leave bottles filled with urine on the windowsills. They also smoke, swear, and yell in the hallways. They take forever to fix things and don't let you know when they'll be by to do the work.

There are mice and bedbugs. The soundproofing... is practically non-existent. Gone without heat (and sometimes hot water) during the winter. When the heater isn't broken, it's being turned off. If the oven goes above 385 the fire alarm goes off and the whole place smells funny - probably because it's leaking CO. Also, the fire alarm goes off a lot in general.

The good news is that the place comes with a microwave, the fridge works, there are some friendly tenants and the super can helpful. Read More
