Resident Appreciation and Pets Welcome
We really appreciate how much the Community Manager Keri cares and holds parties and raffles for the residents. We moved in this summer and enjoy our patio and our cat loves relaxing at the sunny window. We got engaged here, so this will always be a special place!

Great Place
Kerri, the property manager is an absolute joy to work with. She is professional, kind, and very helpful. Phil takes care of maintenance requests quickly, the same day if he can. The residents are friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the environment is peaceful and safe.

Excellent
It was such a pleasure dealing with Kerri in the office. She is very informative and had lots of great move in specials for me. The property is clean, safe and well maintained. Overall experience was easy and hassle free.

Peaceful Place
Just moved in and loving it here. Kerri went above and beyond with her friendly style and welcoming way. Phil is great. Totally recommend moving here. Free heat and hot water! Dog friendly and close to 91 and 84. My life is so much more peaceful now!
