Two cars were stolen from the lot within the first month of living there. Management then put up fencing, but this made it very difficult to get in and out of the lot especially if you have a larger vehicle due to the poor design. Street parking is a nightmare and makes it even more difficult to get in and out of the lot when people don’t adhere to where they shouldn’t park. Moisture in the apartment led to mold. Emails from management to all tenants regarding the issue said to open your windows... in the middle of winter to help with air flow. A maintenance worker came to check the moisture issue and told me it is because the windows and insulation are so great. They also said I shouldn’t hear any noise because they are so great. Well, I’ve lived in many apartments, all nicer than this and never had any issues with mold. There were constant issues with noise from the apartment above at all hours. When I asked if upper units had a requirement for rugs/carpeting like most other complexes, I was told no and they would talk to the person. There was no change. I was also awoken at all hours from cars in the parking garage with obnoxiously loud motors and blasting music. There is a constant smell of cigarettes and weed in the stairwells. Management is very unresponsive and you have to contact them multiple times to get anything you need addressed. The only positive is the unit is new, but I wouldn’t let that sway you to renting here.
