yeah, it's pricey, but you def get what you pay for. everyone is very friendly, maintenance is responsive, amenities are great, grounds are well-kept, apartment is spacious, appliances/finishes are updated, parking is available and free, neighbors are quiet/respectful. no complaints.

Great place!
This is a nice place! The grounds are well kept, the apartments are really nicely furnished with all new appliances, there are great amenities (Pool, hot tub, Gym and dog park), the office Manager "Jeremy" is a super cool guy; always very helpful & friendly and the maintenance staff is Top notch! Especially "Rashad." Any issues are super quickly resolved and done expertly. Highly recommend MAA Promenade!

We love this place!
Tyler in the leasing office is amazing! He helped my girlfriend and I find our apartment and we couldn’t be happier. He helped guide us through the entire process and answered every question we had. The community here is friendly and lively. All the amenities here are new and modern. I highly recommend living here!

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Do not move here or waste your time first company that owned apt lied about free wine and beer taps just to get people to move in but at least management was nice. Ever since new company MAA they are rude and treat everyone like your in some kind of camp lol actually have lots of inspections to just look for trouble. Move a lot of bad people in now going to pool is usually nightmare and forget hot tub have seen several different times people having sex in hot tub or little kids in diapers when... you tell management or maintenance they put some extra chemicals instead of draining it package always being stolen from the hallway. Small apartment for the money basically a weekly hotel same size cheap material thermostat never works correctly and they will tell you that the pool is heated that is absolutely not true they raised it a few degrees I think this to keep it from freezing LOL it is still too cold to swim in the only time anyone's in the pool is when it's summer. The train usually does not come through during the day but at night it does so between the construction the highway and the train late at night get ready for a lot of noise. Would move out now except they want 2 month cancelation fee plus 60 day notice can't wait till lease expires. Avoid the headache don't move here.... BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS reported on several social media places. I have lived there 16 months new company that took over is running this place in the ground. Going to start posting pics every time i finds real truth stay tuned....it's funny Management tries to so many tricks and lies to get you to sign the lease to move in here but then once you're here they treat you terrible because they know they have you locked in the lease

TERRIBLE
The property is very nice but the company (MAA) that manages it is terrible. The first month they took over they charged everyone in the community the incorrect rent amount (Some double charged some undercharged). Okay.. so they had a rough first month? Wrong! They have continually "accidentally" had double and triple charges for things like garages, pet rent, etc. If you do not check your rent breakdown every month you will be overcharged. I once pointed out a mistake they had on my rent and... they told me they would fix it and not charge me late charges.... when they finally "fixed" it there were still late charges which they required me to pay. They also removed several amenities when they took over. When we tried to renew our lease we had to go into the office 6 different times to tell them why this one was still incorrect. STAY AWAY
