They try hard but corporate leaves staff with their hands tied.
Great amenities. Year round pool and hot tub. Except they closed the pool. I don't believe they wanted to pay for a heater and claimed that it was for environmental reasons, assuming their tenants are dumb enough to believe that.
There are other issues too, but I'll let other people review those.
