Has bed bugs. Doesn’t clean laundry room. Mangers only care about money, and the water is always off. Place is unsafe with people fighting in the parking lot. The gate is always broken so anyone can come in.

Poor management and misleading ad. I had to stay in a shoebox with loud neighbors, dogs and maintenance until they gave me a notice to vacate in the middle of a pandemic because they wouldn't keep the building smoke free. I have asthma and this place nearly put me back in the hospital regularly. Do not stay here. They will overcharge for housing, bills and sanity.

We are going on four days without any hot water. Only being notified after two of the days. Still not told when it will be resolved! On top of that many issues with the water getting turned off at least once a month. Many inconveniences. Foul smelling and dirty. Looking to move asap!!!

The property managers try very hard to keep it clean and maintained. The maintenance personnel are helpful. And the managers throw a monthly bar b que .
