DO NOT MOVE HERE! My husband and I moved here from MN so we took a quick weekend to tour a few apartments. They look nice on the outside and put on a good show. However, the day we moved in, there was a HUGE diarrhea in the toilet and garbage/paint cans in the closet. There was also dishes and rugs left over in the apartment, so I'm sure no one did a walk through before we drove 15+ hours to get here in a Uhaul. We asked them to come move the garbage and clean the toilet and it took over 24... hours. Not to mention both of us get woken up regularly at 3-4am from different screaming/yelling in the complex. Cops and firemen are called here multiple times a week. The maintenance takes months to come fix. We cannot shower if the dishwasher or laundry is on due to low water pressure. There is dog poop everywhere over the rocks and yard. There's also a school across the road, the parents use our parking lot to pick/up drop off their kids. This has made me late to work / school multiple times. I asked for the apartment to do something about this as this is not a normal thing for schools to use an apartment complex parking lot for their kid drop off/pick up. The apartment told me to call the police if I wanted it fixed. Additionally, they are remodeling apartments so there is constant construction and dump trucks everywhere. There is garbage laying out in the hallways and in the parking lot.
I am not one to complain, but this place was truly awful. Please do not move here!

Not bad, amenities aren’t the greatest and my oven and dishwasher were older. Overall a good, safe, quiet place. I don’t know how much they will raise my rent by but I expect it to be enough to make me want to move haha. I wouldn’t pay anything more than what I already pay.
