Love the location of this community. Downtown Longmont is a fund place to be. They have an cold plunge as well.

True Luxury! Love the High-End Vibe!

The blend of comfort and modern luxury is my favorite thing about The Martin! I love the elegant finishes, and my open floor plan not to mention the location is perfect! There isn't anything lacking here! Love it!

Martin apartment homes are absolutely beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and in such a convenient location! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home in the Longmont or nearby area! 10/10!

Very Impressed

I grew up in the Longmont area and can honestly say there’s not really anything like this place here. I have yet to try the cold plunge pool but the sauna is amazing and I have never had one at an apartment before. You can tell the people in the office actually care and are very happy to be here.
