The Windsor has been solid for a long time during our stay. The leasing staff especially Lexi has been amazing, welcoming, and supportive! The maintenance crew had a standard of excellence for awhile that’s been slipping. Tickets have gone unanswered or unexplained in recent time. I hope things get back to par since this community is such a gem.
