Lexie made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she made the process feel easy rather than overwhelming. The community itself is beautiful—well-kept, welcoming, and exactly the kind of environment I was hoping for. The Windsor has been solid for a long time during our stay. The leasing staff especially Lexi has been amazing, welcoming, and supportive! The maintenance crew had a standard of excellence for awhile that’s been slipping. Tickets have gone unanswered or unexplained in recent time. I hope things get back to par since this community is such a gem.
