The townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood located right next to a park with a walking path and a mile from shopping at Belmar. The neighborhood is very unique, with lots of small urban farms and farm animals. It also has easy access to 6th Ave if... you plan to head up to the mountains frequently.

The primary bedroom is very bright and spacious, and has a large walk-in closet with en suite. The other bedroom is smaller with a closet, large window, and access to a private bathroom down the hall. The third bedroom also has a closet and a window with bathroom access down the hall. This is perfect for a couple who wants to have guests, or several friends who want to share the place.

There is laundry in-unit and a large attached two-car garage. There is also a large finished basement which can be used as an office or exercise area.
