If a second person resides in the room for 15 or more hours per week, there is an Additional Resident Fee of $600.00 per month added to the base rent. This additional person fees will also apply to the move-in requirements stated above.
*No Animals/Pets Policy: Manager accesses property approximately four times a month to carry out all-inclusive services has a dangerous allergy and autoimmune health condition to animal dander, fur and skin. Since an animal poses a direct, severe health and safety risk, no animals are permitted in the house and on the property.
