A spacious patio looks right out at the ski runs, and it comes fully furnished and ready for move-in early February 2026. In addition to the full bath, the bedroom has an additional sink and vanity. A gas fireplace warms up chilly evenings. Neither the unit nor the furnishings are ultra modern, but they are clean, comfortable, and cozy.
The Ski Run complex is quiet and centrally located to the ski slopes, restaurants, and a Summit Stage stop. Surface parking, snow removal, and utilities including wifi are included, and the unit has its own washer and dryer. $2,500 per month includes utilities on a 12-month lease - we can discuss shorter or longer terms as well. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets or smoking (HOA rules). We are Summit County residents ourselves and this is our only rental unit, so you’re renting from local humans rather than some big corporate conglomerate. Signing a lease requires first month’s rent plus a deposit. Since these photos were taken we’ve upgraded the TV and repainted the bathroom - updated photos on the way.
