Mr. Jason Jennings

Lived there for a number of years where requests to get the locks fixed were ignored and/or it was inferred that broke the doorjam, appliances and heater fell apart and requests yo get these fixed were ignored. Now after moving out the property manager is now claiming somehow no security deposit was made, no notice to vacate given, and the needed renovations are our costs to cover regardless of the fact that the apartment was a non-refurbished apartment which was to be renovated after we left,... but somehow that's on us to pay for. In other words rent elsewhere.
