There are far better properties in the area for cheaper. At my time here I didn't have a trashcan for 6 months and was told to just by one for myself and get reimbursed. The neighbors stole my property multiple times and even once trashed my AC unit cover. The laundry cards break after a few months of use. And although this is a personal thing the stoves are the kind with the electric coils that look like gas and are impossible to clean.
If you absolutely must have something in the Glendale CO... area it will work but I personally suggest checking other properties in the area

They took 3 days to finally have someone try and fix the leak in my apartment. After leaving my apartment left my stuff out of place and carpet completely ripped up. Will not be healed accountable for any carpet damage in my unit

It would have been nice when i moved in the gate closes to my building would have been open but i see there never open
