Horrible place under constant construction
Under construction for the past 6 months. Still no access amenities. No clear schedule on when we will be allowed to use the pool, hot tub, BBQs, business center, club house ....

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. I sincerely apologize for the challenges you have experiences with the ongoing construction disruptions. We understand that since we started renovating the amenities this has... caused a disruption for all residents. Unfortunately, we did not expect them to take this long and we did not want to give a false end date, as we always know construction can cause frequent delays. But we are reaching the end and we are so excited for the new spaces for all residents to use and enjoy!
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get all renovations complete and if you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out directly to the leasing office.
I genuinely love this apartment. Me and my husband moved across the country to here and so far things have been great. We can see the mountains from our bedroom and the Denver skyline from our dining room. The access to walking trails and local restaurants is also fantastic. Kellee and Deja in the front office have been absolute delights and always super helpful. There's currently construction going on but it's updating and improving things immensely.

Do not move here, when Greystar purchased this complex the care to residents went out the window. There are many hidden fees including many fees that they will admit were accidental after you have to fight to get them removed. There is constant flooding, anyone who lives or works there can tell you about it. They will not want to pay to move you or sanitize after extreme flooding. Utility fees are split among the whole building so you’ll pay hundreds more than a normal apartment. Beware, it has... flashy decor but underneath is poor management and constant disappointment.

Bad Business Practices
Utilities are based off the ENTIRE COMPLEX. The entire complex gets charged by excel then the property management team charges every tenant equally regardless of your utility usage compared to others. If you ask about utilities they'll tell you the average cost per unit is around $100-$150. Expect to pay over $250 in utilities during the winter months. Even if you live in a tiny apartment and never use electricity or gas.
One month you'll pay $2000 in rent and utilities, the next month you're... paying $2300 because of everyone else's usage. Think about that before signing on the dotted line.
The pool is nice. Definitely not worth paying other people's utilities though.
