Love it here! From the leasing office to the maintenance team we've had very positive experiences. Our dog has also been really happy here due to people being so pet friendly! Very safe, pretty dang clean, and nice units with good space and amenities!

Great location: close to stores, Max bus and Mason trail, but lots of greenery around the complex and close to parks, great for dogs. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean!

The Preserve at the Meadows is incredible! The move in has been a breeze. Touring was accommodating, Peyton was so kind and helpful, she explained everything well and communicated with us throughout the decision process. Move in has been easy with tools through their online platforms that create handy checklists and reminders. The amenities are wonderful, we enjoyed the pool right away! Our balcony is spacious and I’m thrilled to have a fireplace. The constant sound of birdsong is relaxing and... the complex is quiet especially for how big it is. We are also right in town next to all of our favorite spots now, I highly recommend it here!

I’ve been here a while and it’s been okay. My biggest issues are how okay it is for neighbors to leave their trash in the hallways or to leave it outside the bin, and it’s pretty noisy a lot of the time.
