I’d give this apartment complex a 4/5 overall. Maintenance has always been solid and things have definitely improved over the years, especially with the newer office staff. The location is convenient and the community is generally pretty quiet. There are still a few areas that could be improved, but overall it’s been a decent place to live.

We love Jonah! Apartment is great and maintenance is better! I enjoy living by here, the apartments themselves are perfect but considering the cost they are great!

Been living here for 5 years now. Occasionally, there's free food in the office. Maintenance does a great job and is quick to get here. The neighborhood is very walkable.

Everyone was very helpful and they are on top of maintenance. I needed a new patio since some of the boards were going bad they noticed and fixed it before I asked.
