Very modern feel, and appliances work great. I especially like having two doors to the bathroom, and the washer and dryer right across from the closet. The only negative aspect of my experience was that the company told me I'd have a balcony when I applied, but when I moved in it was a juliet balcony. I felt like I was being tricked into thinking I'd have a balcony, and they just told me that because everyone wants one. Other than them raising the rent and charging extra for utilities, the... location is perfect and perfect space for 1-2 people.
