NOTE, this is a single family home with a guest cabin addition but functionally is similar to a duplex but with only 10ft of shared wall. The spaces and entrances are separate. No ventilation or air is shared.

Please note, we are in the foothills and therefore have all sorts of wildlife around, most commonly mule deer and turkeys but larger animals are possible. Please don't leave trash outside and keep pets on a leash.

The neighborhood has gravel roads. Low clearance cars may park out front. 4wd/awd recommended for parking in the driveway in winter.

This is a family owned rental and not a corporation. The rental unit / guesthouse is also attached to our main home, where we live. We have operated a rental for several years and look forward to hosting great tenets!
