Living at Confluence at Three Soringd has been the best leasing experience of my life! The apartment is in perfect shape, super clean and easy to get settled into with built in amenities and features. The grounds are well maintained and very quiet. There is Taco Boy a one minute walk away and the Plaza to take a stroll to- which is so fun when you just need some fresh air. We love the trails behind the property and exploring the park and playground around the corner. It’s a perfect place! We a... are happy to clam it home and so thankful we found such a great set up. Maintenance had been quick to answer any requests, providing peace of mind in the event of something unexpected happening, like our refrigerator going out. It was fixed within a couple hours after I called. All things considered, we are happy to be home!

Place is nice. Amenities could be better. Tent also changes month to month which is frustrating- water bills one month go from 30 to 80 which is confusing
