Overall, this has been a good place to live. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Parking is usually easy to find, and the community feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The apartments are comfortable in size, and the neighborhood is quiet most of the time. While a few things could be updated, the rent is reasonable for the area, and the overall living experience has been pleasant... . I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Confluence is a wonderful, friendly place to live recommended if you are looking for a place, not too far from town, but also with the biking amenities and walking and outdoors. I also recommend if you are a person that is environmentally friendly and wants to cut down their driving or doesn’t drive at all. The buses are accessible and timely and can get you anywhere. You need to go in town safely. The best part is that they have a lot of activities that go on in this area, such as music,... gatherings, and other things posted either on the confluence website or locally around on businesses windows. But the only thing I do recommend that they have a area for jim or either a pool area or somewhere to better store your bikes out of the rain.
