So far, great experience for our family. No issues within our apartment and the outside premises are kept clean, well maintained, and the lighting along walkways are top notch.

Living at Confluence at Three Soringd has been the best leasing experience of my life! The apartment is in perfect shape, super clean and easy to get settled into with built in amenities and features. The grounds are well maintained and very quiet. There is Taco Boy a one minute walk away and the Plaza to take a stroll to- which is so fun when you just need some fresh air. Very peaceful, calm. I love living here. The people are very kind and friendly. The park is kept up with nicely which makes it an enjoyable living space.

I really like the apartment complex. It’s well maintained, the office staff is very , the location is good and the maintenance staff is excellent.

Place is nice. Amenities could be better.
Tent also changes month to month which is frustrating- water bills one month go from 30 to 80 which is confusing
