Worst Apartment in Denver

Staff are rude and dismissive, told me I don’t qualify even though I brought documentation.

Worst place I’ve ever lived

Not a good place to live. Zero amenities, poor experience with office staff, laundry and apartment features broken ALL the time. Difficult people to deal with. Terrible and noisy neighbors (yelling in the halls in the middle of the night.) Don’t live here.

Poor experience

Noisy, rude, and staff is mostly unhelpful and does not respond to requests. Despite being new, cabinets and appliances break (doors fall off.) Semi affordable for the area, but built cheap and it shows.
