Don't Return Security Deposit

Been emailing for weeks. Company that owns bldg doesn't return Security Deposit

We're sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our management. We want to assure you we do return security deposits. However, withhold some or all of it if we have to clean or make repairs to the apartment in order to get it ready for the next... resident. We hope you understand and rent with us again.
