I lived here for over 3 years and they have become a corporate, bureaucratic mess in that time. They have removed the ability to contact anyone on-site entirely. Because of this, no problems are ever solved and nobody is held accountable. Where are the negative reviews then? They hold your deposit hostage unless you sign a non-disparagement agreement that they sneak into their lease termination agreement. I cannot recommend living at a Cortland complex until they fix these issue, save yourself... the future headache.

Terrible customer service
I had a tour scheduled for 12pm and received no call. I tried to call their offices and left an email. They did not reply. When I finally got in touch with someone, it took an additional 15 minutes for her to get back to me only to say that they couldn't figure out how to facetime me (which is the method they said they would contact me with). You would think that they would be able to communicate that within the 30 minutes. Then she said they were going to send me a zoom link which they never... did as well. Just all around awful customer service and a complete disregard for my time. I have a very busy schedule and am very frustrated with the lack of consideration and lack of professionalism.

ive loved living here but unfortuneatly over the years Ive lived here the quality of the building is going down.. the little things add up and there are tons of new apartment buildings poping up all over with newer cleaner nicer hallways, trash rooms, etc.. And are alot cheaper so I def feel ill be shopping around when my lease is up especially if rent is spiked and/or the upkeep continues to go south.

This is the first time I've rented an apartment by myself and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is accessible and always friendly as well as helpful. The amenities are are fabulous, the community events are creative and fun. I have a fabulous view of the gold dome Capitol building as well as a short commute to work. Very happy living at Cortland CapHill
