These apartments are not safe!!! Do not move here if you have kids! At surface level they looked great and the staff really is great however my neighbors fight constantly to the level of smashing windows and getting violent outside and nothing is done. There are hun shots constantly. Police raids of apartments. The security doors are just for show they do not actually work. I have been here two months and am still refused a mailbox key. For the price you can find a safer apartment

Constantly making my life harder
Every since I have moved in here, there has been a new problem every week. The laundry machines never work, but they have increased the price since I've moved in. They're constantly shutting the water off. The package room has been broken so they're just putting packages in a conference room. I never know if they actually fix maintenance requests. Recently, the rent portal has been down. About a month ago, some guy moved all his personal belongings into 5 parking spots and was there for days.... The dumpsters are always a mess. The stairs feel like they're going to fall apart at any minute. Once, the gas company tried to charge us $130 for common area gas. They blamed it on a blizzard in Texas after my many emails between the gas company and apartment company. Paper-thin walls, paint painted over everything, shoddy appliances, air conditioning doesn't really cool, water constantly changes temperatures, leaky bathroom vent (I don't know to explain that one), unresponsive management. It's so frustrating and disheartening. You work hard every day just to afford to live. Then you come home and feel like if you don't advocate for yourself, you're not going to be able to live comfortably.

Don't move here
Unless you want to essentially live with crackheads. Homeless people. Heroin and needles and get no support from the main office don't move here.

Bad management
The community is not safe. My packages are stolen from a locked room with cameras and they failed to identify who did it. The management is bad and it seems like they don't even try to keep the tenants they have. They let everyone move out rather than providing the service they need.

Not the experience we hoped
The experience has been subpar at best. The community does not feel safe. The amenities miss the mark. The facility is old. Tenants turnover quickly. Witnessed poor customer service. Wish I could give a better rating.
