The apartment is located in a great location, everything that you need you can find around the neighborhood. The lake close to the building is outstanding! Nice amenities such as the pool, hot tub, game room and the gym. It has been a great experience so far and I am really enjoying my experience.

There is an ongoing issue with package theft in this building, and it is not being adequately addressed. Packages are routinely taken from the delivery area, and there appears to be little to no accountability or prevention measures in place.

Most recently, a package containing my prescription medication was stolen shortly after delivery. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it directly impacts my health, and due to the nature of the prescription,... it cannot be easily replaced.

Situations like this should not be happening this frequently in a building that residents are paying to live in. At a minimum, there should be better security, monitoring, or a secure system for handling deliveries.

If you are considering living here, be aware that your packages may not be safe, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own.

The location attention to detail and quick resolve of anything needed is so appreciated. We love the location near the lake, the amenities are unkept nicely and issues are resolved quickly.

Thrilled and happy that I made the move to the Regatta. Never thought I would like to live an a large apartment community, but this place has changed my mind. The neighborhood is fantastic as well!

The amenities are really lovely. Everything feels clean and well cared for. The office staff has been super helpful. It’s been a great experience so far.
