I am incredibly disappointed with the maintenance and customer service. Since early May, we have been dealing with persistent issues with our air conditioning and breaker, which started following an unexplained three-hour power outage in the complex.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, including submitting a maintenance request on June 7th and making over five phone calls to the leasing office, we have received zero assistance. Emails sent on June 19th, June 27th, June 28th, and... July 1st to the emergency contact provided have gone unanswered.
Attempts to reach them by phone have been futile, with 10 calls made on July 2nd and six on July 1st alone, all without any response. Today, July 2nd, I visited the office during their limited walk-in hours, only to find it closed with no explanation.
The lack of concern for tenant comfort and safety is unacceptable. Living without adequate air conditioning during the summer months due to negligent maintenance practices reflects poorly on the management's commitment to tenant well-being. I urge potential residents to consider this before signing a lease here.

Terrible management
This was absolutely the worst rental experience of my life. The management company is not staffing or investing appropriately to maintain this building and the building management that they do have are the most disorganized people ever. They have no idea how to delegate or prioritize work. The only people that they care about are those that go to the office in person, but the office is downtown and nowhere near this actual building, so good luck getting any attention if you live here. We never... had a working thermostat in our year living there. The laundry machines were constantly broken and filled with water which made the whole building smell. Once, many of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were left without batteries that it set off an alarm in the whole building where the fire department had to come. The front door would not close when it was cold and they would gaslight us and say that we were lying, but then the homeless would constant enter, go through the mail and packages, and sleep in the hallways. I could go on... They would never address anything that mattered, but they replaced the carpet and light fixtures in the hallways. It was an absolute joke.
