Excellent customer service!
I recently visited IMT Cherry Creek and was very impressed. The property is clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The staff was welcoming and professional, especially Shendell in the office. She was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better.
The community has a lot to offer in terms of amenities, and its location is convenient and close to local shopping, restaurants, and everything you might need. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a new place to live!

NOT SAFE
Do not live here! The complex appears safe from the outside but gates only help when they actually work. Our car has now been broken into TWICE for which I am told by management "crime does not have an address" and there is nothing they will do. These people just walk into the complex at night, no cameras, dim lights, zero security. Also will not let you out of the lease, again safety is not a priority. Literally have to check my back seat and make sure there is no one in my car every time I get... in. Each day I walk out to my car I am surprised it is actually still there. GO SOMEWHERE SAFE!

Maintenance
I recently had an issue where my dryer went out and the staff worked exceptionally with me. They understood the need for an in-unit laundry and were able to allow me access to a vacant apartment in order to accommodate my need. They kept me informed of the date my replacement would be here and even brought it two days early. The maintenance person, Clyde, was very professional, easy going, and quick in replacing the unit. I couldn't be happier with the response I received and the great service... this property has.

Loud
The area is perfect, maintenance issues get fixed right away and the staff are phenomenal but if you have a noisy neighbors it is not so good. Only live on the top floor if you really want to live here. And that is if your downstairs neighbor is quiet. When I asked if these apartments were noisy, I was told no BUT they are, I hear everything my neighbors do, it is not conducive to me working from home. I would not live here, given what I know now..
