Ashley had JUST taken over the community as manager when we moved in, and she was incredibly kind and helpful! The common spaces are all kept really clean, and the views are amazing!! Maintenance has been absolutely exceptional with a few minor preferences of ours, and the supervisor is sooo sweet and efficient!!!

We just moved into this apartment community. The pool and hot tub are clean and well-maintained, and they will be one of my favorite places to relax after a long day. The community spaces are comfortable, modern, and useful whether you’re working, hosting friends, or just getting out of your unit for a bit.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the residents create a welcoming, respectful atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where people actually say hello and look out for each other. Overall, a... great place to call home.

Do not move here.
Noise is a constant issue. Around 75% of the property is exposed to highway traffic from I-225, loud enough to drown out your TV inside the apartment. Noise isolation between floors is very poor, with normal footsteps from upstairs neighbors sounding like heavy thuds. It creates an exhausting environment.
Security and mail are unreliable. Even with a “secure” mail room, I had two packages stolen within three months.Ordering packages here does not feel safe.
The staff and... management are also problematic. Google review manipulation is rampant, with 5 perfectly fine negative reviews being pruned that I have noticed. Specials and concessions mentioned in person are not always reflected in the lease. Even rent billing is mishandled. They failed to charge me correctly for months, and I had to repeatedly raise the issue and escalate to corporate before they finally admitted their mistake.
This place is high-cost, low-quality, and very poorly managed.
