DO NOT RENT AT AIRIE!

Living at Airie Apartments has been a deeply frustrating experience. Before moving out, I hired a professional cleaning service to ensure the unit was spotless, especially after hearing about a friend who was charged $3,000 in questionable move-out fees. Despite my efforts, I was still hit with a $695 charge. For the past two months, I've attempted to contact management to discuss these charges, but my calls and emails have gone unanswered, and no invoices have been provided.

The property...
itself has potential, with its lakefront location, but it's marred by poor management and safety concerns. Issues like broken gates and reports of break-ins are not addressed promptly. It's disheartening to see such a promising place managed so poorly. I cannot recommend Airie Apartments or BH Properties to anyone seeking a safe and responsive living environment.

Ok, until you need a fridge replaced

I love my apartment. Then the fridge died and I’m allowed to use one in another apartment. Fridge won’t be replaced for over a month.

I order a mini fridge before company comes to visit my ailing father. It’s delivered to the apartment complex instead of my unit. Staff says someone will get it to my apartment by the end of the day. Maintenance staff messages me ‘we are unable to do this.’

I leave a message on the online community message asking if this is normal and what I should do. They...
refuse to post it.

Dead fridge is now molding in my apartment for three weeks and jammed halfway sticking out of its alcove.

This shouldn’t be a difficult situation. I should be able to get at least an explanation why I don’t get a fridge for over a month. I’ve been in less nice apartments that were able to function better.

Worst Aparment

Hands down the worst living experience I have ever had.

Parking gates have been broken for months while asking residents to pay. They can’t keep out non residents out to ensure we have parking. Our spots have been taken several times.

Package system doesn’t work. Never had as many packages misplaced, not delivered, or stolen living anywhere else in Denver.

Amenities aren’t kept up and some just flat out don’t work. Found several mice living in grills.

Walls are unbelievably thin. You will...
hear your neighbors. Tenant quality has gone down only making the issue worse. Quiet hours can't and won't be enforced.

There are lots of other smaller issues, and unfortunately the building should just be completely redone.
