Great place for the price. Staff is very accommodating and seem to actually care about the property and it’s residents. Haven’t had any issues in the four months I’ve been here.

Random homeless people chilling in stairwells. Cars broken into and outright stolen. The office has been broken into multiple times and people's personal information has been stolen from resident files. The gates are left open 24/7 so anyone can drive in. They don't enforce the "no visitor parking" policy so there's no parking for residents. They send rude and condescending emails to residents like we're children. The manager, if you have to deal with him, is outright disrespectful to residents... and will treat you with utter contempt for asking basic questions. Several of the amenities they advertise on the website are not open and have not been open for over a year. Late night parties at the pool and hot tub, most times with people who don't live here. Scary sometimes at night with all the foot traffic and no security. For this money, go find a place that advertises a gated community and actually means it. These people don't care. Read More
