If you think your dog would be happy then we can discuss the situation. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent.

Utilities are not included. Electric and gas are separately metered and billed to the unit. Phone/cable/internet would be arranged with local provider. Tenant will reimburse Owner for a portion of the property's water and sewer bill. Tenant will reimburse Owner for unit's trash and lawn care costs.

We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate.
