SOME OF THE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE SPRINGS, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! These apartments are honestly so bad, I don't even know where to begin. The front desk staff is beyond awful. Every time I needed something fixed, they acted like I was a nuisance. They’re rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about residents. Don’t waste your time here.. On the topic of staff, they've had 10 NEW PEOPLE WORKING IN THE FRONT OFFICE SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE THIS YEAR ALONE. Why do they have that kind of turn-around... at an apartment complex you ask? This place is an awful place to be a part of, living here or working. Bathrooms were extremely dirty moving in, mold everywhere, extremely thing walls where you can here your neighbors playing music from 12 am- 8 am, I HOPE YOU DON'T LIKE TO SLEEP AT ALL IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE. This place is falling apart. The building is old and clearly hasn't been maintained in years. The ceilings leak, the floors creak like they’re about to collapse, and every corner has some kind of damage that’s been ignored. You’re paying for a place that’s barely holding together. Stay far away from this dump. These people are TRULY THE WORST. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

A great place to call home!
We love these apartments! My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have had no issues!! All the staff, especially the office assistant manager Kassandra, have been more than helpful and very sweet and kind to us as well as the maintenance staff they are always quick to fix any and all our repairs in a timely manner!! We love it here!! Definitely recommend these apartments!!

Welcome Home!
I currently am living here now and I love love it here!! (Not exaggerating) I used to have lousy upstairs neighbors, but the office assistant manager Kassandra worked hard in finding me the perfect apartment for me and my husband. Kassandra is the most helpful, caring person I've ever met and genuinely cares about the people who live here. I was able to transfer apartments with her help and I couldn't be anymore happier. The people in the community are so nice, and the office staff and... maintenance are very helpful, and sweet. I'm very happy with how my last year has been living here and I'm happy to call this home for more years to come. Check out west meadow peaks you won't regret it.
