Love my home
I absolutely love my home here, I have great neighbors and maintenance and management is very attentive and quick with responses and things you need. Katie is friendly and extremely helpful and Jandi is very nice. They have great pricing here as well with utilities being included. Its also very quiet. 100% recommend staying here.

Apartments for all is included including the care of expenses.
The Haven of the academy is a place that cares about its renters not just your rent. If you're looking for a place that has a community it cares for one another and you want to feel safe this is a place that you should start looking first before you go anywhere else. The management here is very attentive to the needs of its Winters. The apartments are one and two bedroom and studio apartments is a very spacious that come with all the amenities. Utilities are included and they come first. So if... you want to rent a place where you feel at home and you need your taken care of this should be the first place you start looking.
